Do you want to have a greater level of connection to plants? Have you wanted to develop a relationship with a new plant? This class will combine instruction, guided exercises and homework to support your work in deepening your relationship to the plant world. This is an interactive class.

Prevention Workshop – ONLINE

The intention of this workshop is to give you a foundation to work with your own health. We will explore interrelationships between: mind, body and spirit; different body systems; trauma and stress and our current health. We will look at questions to ask and tools for self-assessment.
We will also cover tonic plants for each system so you know where to start when you need support and with an eye to future health.
Time: two hours weekly; Thursdays from 5-7pm, PST
