Nourishing your Practice – ONLINE, Fall 2024
Recommended Price $250.00
Registration is closed.
Join Sarah Holmes for a small group experience to support you in your practice. With Sarah’s experience and the community we’ll create as a group we will cover topics and dive into questions to build support in your practice. We will focus on:
-
- practitioner skills: holding space, deep listening, asking questions
- building and defining your practice
- self-exploration; what holds you back?
- case study questions
- balancing self-care
- and more
This is a chance to ask those big and little questions of someone with decades of experience! Classes consist of a combination of lecture, group discussion, exercises and question and answer. Through this, the intention of this group is to support you in gaining the confidence to be of service to your community. While the focus is some form of herbal medicine practice, people in adjacent fields may also benefit. The group is limited to 20 people. We will meet for 6, two hour sessions. A non-downloadable recording will be available for one week following the live class. Attending live is strongly encouraged.
Times: 4-6 PM, PST weekly on Tuesdays for six weeks
Dates: October 22 – November 26
Instructor: Sarah Holmes
Location: Online
Cost: $250-150*
*We are offering a sliding scale in an effort to be accessible to as many people as we can. If you could not take the class without the discount, then use the sliding scale; that is what it is for. If you cannot afford the lowest price, contact us. If you can afford the highest price, then please pay it. At the very least, we have to cover the cost of renting space. Thank you.
If you have previously taken either our online Practitioner Skill Building Series or our Mentoring Small Groups you may still want to participate in this course. There will be some overlap in material shared and it is good to hear ‘the things’ over and over. The main difference, being in person, will be the opportunity to go into greater depth with the exercises and practices and to gain community. Feel free to ask if you still aren’t sure if this is right for you.
